1. What ChanPay Provides

ChanPay is an automated infrastructure service connecting Telegram channels to payment methods (Telegram Stars XTR and TON blockchain). ChanPay automates subscriber admission via single-use invite links and manages expiration kicks when subscriptions end.

We are a technology provider and do not monitor or own creator channel content.

2. Pricing & Fees

ChanPay operates on a transparent, creator-first pricing model:

Free Tier: Manage up to 25 active subscribers with zero platform fees.
Pro Tier: Unlimited subscribers for 929 Telegram Stars/month (India PPP: 296 Stars/month) or TON crypto equivalent.
0% Crypto Commission: ChanPay charges 0% transaction fee on TON and crypto payments.

3. Content Responsibility

Creators remain solely responsible for the content published in their channels. By connecting a channel to ChanPay, you certify that your content complies with Telegram Terms of Service and applicable local regulations.

4. Prohibited Uses

ChanPay may not be used for:

Malware distribution or phishing operations
Unsolicited spamming or aggressive unsolicited Telegram messaging
Violations of intellectual property or copyright
Illegal contraband or illicit services

5. Service Availability & Liability

ChanPay is provided "as is" with high-availability cloud infrastructure. Because Telegram Bot API services and the TON blockchain are operated independently, ChanPay is not liable for third-party network outages or delays.
