1. What Data We Store
When you link your Telegram channel to ChanPay, our bot stores:
- Your Telegram User ID
- Your Channel ID and Channel Title
- Your subscription plan prices and currencies
- Active subscriber status (Telegram User IDs and expiry dates)
We do not collect or store credit card details or payment credentials. All Telegram Stars transactions are handled securely by Telegram, and all TON payments settle directly into your crypto wallet.
2. What We Never Do
ChanPay operates under strict zero-custody and privacy guidelines:
- We never have access to your Telegram password or personal chats.
- We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank logins.
- We never sell, rent, or monetize your data with third-party advertisers.
- We never touch or take custody of your revenue.
3. Cryptographic Token Security
Custom bot tokens and webhook secrets are encrypted with AES-256 before being committed to our encrypted Supabase database. Only automated worker processes decrypt these credentials during active runtime.
4. TON Blockchain Data
TON payments occur directly on the open The Open Network (TON) blockchain from the subscriber's wallet to your connected wallet. ChanPay's background verifier only checks public transaction hashes to confirm payment and issue 1-use invite links.
5. Account & Data Deletion
You may request full deletion of your channels, plans, and subscriber records at any time. Simply ping @chanpaysubcriptionbot or message support on Telegram. All data is permanently purged within 72 hours.
