1. What ChanPay is
ChanPay is a tool that connects your Telegram channel to payment systems (Telegram Stars and TON crypto). We automate subscriber management — adding and removing users based on payment status.
We are not responsible for your content. We do not guarantee earnings. Results depend entirely on your channel and audience.
2. Pricing and billing
ChanPay charges $10/month for the Creator Plan. This is a flat fee regardless of how many subscribers you have.
You can cancel anytime. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card required to start.
3. Your content and channels
You are fully responsible for the content in your Telegram channels. ChanPay does not review, moderate, or endorse any content.
By using ChanPay, you confirm that your channel content complies with:
- Telegram's Terms of Service
- Applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- The rights of third parties (no copyright infringement)
4. Prohibited uses
You may not use ChanPay for:
- Illegal content of any kind
- Spam or unsolicited messaging
- Content that violates Telegram's Terms of Service
- Fraud or misrepresentation to subscribers
- Any activity that violates applicable law
5. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious violations.
For minor violations, we will attempt to notify you before taking action.
6. Limitation of liability
ChanPay is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any lost revenue or data arising from service downtime, bugs, or account termination due to terms violations.
