1. What data we collect
When you connect your Telegram channel to ChanPay, we store:
- Your Telegram user ID
- Your channel ID and channel title
- Your subscription price settings
- Your subscriber list (Telegram user IDs and their subscription status)
We do not store your subscribers' payment details — Telegram handles all Stars transactions directly.
2. What we never do
ChanPay never has access to your Telegram account password.
We never store or see your subscribers' credit card information.
We never sell your data to third parties. Ever.
We never have access to your Telegram Stars balance — Stars go directly into your account.
3. Bot token security
Your custom bot token is encrypted with AES-256 before storage. We cannot read your bot token in plain text. Only the encrypted version is stored in our database.
4. TON crypto payments
TON crypto payments go directly from the subscriber's wallet to your wallet. ChanPay monitors the blockchain to verify that payment happened but never holds, touches, or has access to your TON funds.
We store only the transaction hash (a public blockchain record) for verification purposes.
5. Data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by messaging @chanpay_support on Telegram.
We will delete all your data within 7 days of your request.
